Your Responsibilities

• Review contract administration and monitor all aspects of contract and insurance compliance
• Review and analyze contract changes and relevant variation orders
• Review and analyze the contractual notice of claims and provide advice concerning the Contract
• Evaluate and report on risk management compliance
• Investigate, manage and resolve contractual issues, claims and disputes

Your Qualifications and Skills

• Master’s Degree in a related field
• At least 15 years of experience in Contract & Claim Management
• Experience in FIDIC (or similar) contracts will be an advantage
• Formal dispute experience (i.e. adjudication, arbitration or litigation) would be desirable.
• Proficiency in English written and verbal communication
